Sérgio Godinho presents, for the first time, The Love Songs of Sérgio Godinho – Biographies of Love, a show integrated into the Montepio Festival Às Vezes o Amor. After more than fifty years in the business, the musician brings together on stage songs where love emerges as a vital force, linked to life, struggles, and issues that transcend time. A chronicler of Portuguese society, Sérgio Godinho proposes a journey through themes that remain intact in their essence, but gain new meaning when revisited together. With musical direction by António Quintino and accompanied by musicians from various generations, this concert celebrates the rediscovery of love songs that are part of the collective memory. The rediscovery is thus inaugurated: to love!
