Rubro has a very unique concept based on three essential pillars: Wine, Grill, and Tapas.
Based on the principles of authenticity, simplicity, and conviviality, Rubro offers product-focused cuisine, prioritizing the quality of ingredients above all else and focusing on simple cooking methods.

Since opening, we have focused on aged beef, an area in which we have become specialists. Our signature dish on the menu is our famous Chuletón de Buey (beef ribeye steak).
