Rubro has a very unique concept based on three essential pillars: Wine, Grill and Tapas. Based on the principles of authenticity, simplicity and conviviality, Rubro offers product-focused cuisine, valuing above all the quality of the ingredients and focusing on simple preparations.
Since opening, we have focused on aged meat, an area in which we have been specializing. This menu features, as its centerpiece, our famous Chuletón de Buey.
