CHAPTER I

GENERAL PART

Article 1st

(Object)

1. The purpose of this Regulation is to govern the organization and internal functioning of the PARK better identified in the Recitals supra.

2. A COLOSSAL PLATFORM will promote what is necessary for users to comply with this Regulation and other applicable legal norms, avoiding the disturbance of good order in the use of the PARK.

Article 2nd

(Duration and Scope of Application)

This Regulation shall remain in force as long as the surface right granted to PLATEIA COLOSSAL is maintained and applies to all users of PARQUE, whether those who use it on an hourly payment basis or those who have acquired a periodic right of Parking.

Article 3

(Posting Locations)

This Regulation will be posted at the reception of PARK.

Article 4

(Inspection)

The inspection of compliance with the provisions of this Regulation, including the actions of its personnel, is the responsibility of The responsibility lies with the Lisbon City Council to ensure full compliance with this Regulation and other applicable legal norms, and the COLOSSAL AUDIENCE must ensure that inspection agents, when on duty, have free access to all facilities.

Article 5

(Book of Complaints)

At the reception of the PARK a Complaints Book will be available to users regarding the operation of the PARK and the actions of its staff, and which will always be available for analysis by the CML Inspection Agents and other competent entities, whenever they request it.

Article 6th

(Composition)

The PARK has a capacity of 1,250 seats, which The following are discriminated:

Floor -1: includes parking spaces identified with the numbers 001 to 332.

Floor -2: includes parking spaces identified with the numbers 001 a 487.

Floor -3: includes parking spaces identified with the numbers 001 a 426.

Article 7

(Integral Parts)

O PARK, in its entirety, is made up of three parts:

1. The parking spaces, duly numbered and delimited, intended for the parking of users' light vehicles;

2. The common circulation areas of the PARK, namely, the entrances, corridors, ramps for use or passage, circulation spaces for vehicles and pedestrians, stairs, elevators and freight elevators.

3. The restricted access service facilities and equipment intended to ensure the proper functioning of the PARK, which include:

j) Equipment for payment of fees related to the use of PARK.

Article 8

(Legitimacy of Parking)

1. Access to the PARK is granted to light motor vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters (car and cargo).

2. Entry is not permitted to any type of trailers and motorhomes.

Article 9

(Vehicle Removal)

1. Whenever vehicles are parked inside Parking vehicles located in contravention of the provisions of this Regulation or in a location not designated for parking may be removed by entities legally authorized for this purpose or blocked in accordance with the law. Vehicles that remain in the PARK for periods exceeding 5 days and whose license plates are not on the list of vehicles entitled to periodic parking (with or without space reservation), may be blocked as a security measure, and will be unblocked upon payment for the time they have remained in the PARK, according to the current tariff.

3. For operational reasons, the COLOSSAL AUDIENCE A vehicle may be moved whenever it has been parked in a location not designated for parking, or whenever its positioning causes obvious limitations to the normal functioning of the parking lot. Vehicles that are improperly parked in a place marked as "RESERVED", or occupying two or more parking spaces, or that impede or improperly hinder normal circulation in the parking lot, will be blocked or removed and subject to the payment of a service fee in the fixed amount of €15.00 (fifteen euros). euros).

CHAPTER II

SPECIAL PART

Article 10th

(Service Provision)

1. The main service to be provided by PLATEIA COLOSSAL, through PARQUE, consists of providing parking spaces for light motor vehicles 24 hours a day, either on an hourly payment basis or on a personalized use basis with reservation. of space and also under a periodic parking regime without space reservation, always for light vehicles, in accordance with the contract establishing the surface right.

2. Regardless of vehicle parking, other services may be provided in the PARK, directly or indirectly related to the operation of that activity.

3. The services The activities referred to in the preceding paragraph may be operated directly by PLATEIA COLOSSAL, through subcontracting, or in any other way that PLATEIA COLOSSAL deems appropriate, when duly authorized by CML and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable surface rights agreement.

4. The schedules and prices of services provided in PARQUE will be posted in accessible and clearly visible locations.

Article 11

(General Procedures)

1. The search for a parking space and the arrangement of vehicles will be carried out by the user, under their full responsibility, taking into account the established traffic flow and the spaces reserved for personalized parking.

2. Vehicles may not circulate in the PARK at a speed exceeding 20 km/h.

3. After the driver leaves it parked, the vehicle must be locked and secured as a safety measure.

4. The presence of people and animals inside vehicles after they are parked is not permitted for safety reasons.

5. When all parking spaces not intended for personalized collection are occupied, the PARKING LOT will be closed with a ban on vehicle entry, and will reopen as soon as that circumstance ceases to exist.

6. The prohibition of entry In the case of PARQUE, it will be established when the word "Complete" is indicated on the P sign located outside the PARQUE.

7. In the event that the provisions of paragraph 5 of this article are not met, the offender must immediately leave the PARQUE by paying the amount corresponding to 1 hour of Parking.

Article 12

(Sound Signals)

The use of sound signals is not permitted within the limits of PARK.

Article 13

(Loading and Unloading)

The loading and unloading of volumes may not harm the circulation of other vehicles nor the normal services of the PARK.

Article14

(Signage Roadway)

1. A PLATEIA COLOSSAL undertakes to maintain road signage within the PARK, in accordance with legal requirements, indicating exits for vehicles and pedestrians, no-entry directions, changes of direction, existing obstacles and, when relevant to users, the location of the PARK services to which the public may have access.

2. The COLOSSAL PLATFORM also undertakes to mark on the pavement, by means of indelible lines, the places intended for vehicle parking.

Article15

(Obligations of Users)

1. Users of the PARK undertake to scrupulously respect the provisions of these Regulations, in particular:

a) Respect the signage, hygiene and safety rules posted inside and at the entrances of the PARK;

b) Obey the legitimate instructions given by the COLOSSAL AUDIENCE and the staff of the PARK, respecting all existing notices in the area of parking;

c) Do not drive vehicles inside the PARKING while under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic substances or narcotics;

g) Respect the maximum speed limit inside the PARK, never exceeding 20 km/h;

h) Drive and maneuver with the necessary caution to avoid any and all accident situations;

i) Do not park the vehicle in traffic lanes or in any other place that does not constitute a parking space and that prevents or hinders the circulation or maneuvering of other users;

j) Do not occupy any space, or perform any act, that in any way prevent, hinder or create obstacles to the use of the PARKING area by other users; Do not park the vehicle outside the spaces marked by indelible lines on the pavement and reserved for a single motor vehicle; Do not light fires or use blowtorch or any other materials, instruments and/or utensils likely to cause fire or explosion hazards; and

m) Do not store any flammable, explosive or toxic goods, utensils, materials or substances in parking areas, including fuel, oil, gas and volatile material containers.

Article 16th

(Type of Contract)

1. The parking of vehicles in the PARK is administrative in nature and should not be confused with any private contract for the safekeeping or protection of goods.

2. Parking, in the forms provided for in these Regulations, does not constitute a deposit contract for either the vehicles or the objects inside them.

3. The COLOSSAL PLACE is not responsible for damages caused by third parties, whatever the cause, to persons or vehicles. parked or circulating in the PARK, nor for the theft or robbery of any vehicle in the PARK, or of its accessories, or of other objects existing inside or outside the same vehicles.

Article 17

(Register of (License Plates)

There will be a special register of vehicles parked in the PARK during the night period from 24:00 to 08:00.

Article 18th

(Lost Items)

1. All items belonging to third parties that are found abandoned will be deposited and duly registered with Customer Support Services and delivered to whoever proves their ownership. Property.

2. After 30 days from the date they were found and provided there has been no claim, the said objects will be delivered to the lost and found section of the PSP, upon proof of the fact.

Article 19th

(Security Systems)

1. The PARK is equipped with a fire safety system, properly signposted, and a carbon monoxide detection system. (CO).

2. The coverage of the risks of the Company's and its personnel's liability, as well as the risk of fire, will be transferred by the Company to an Insurance Company.

3. For security reasons, the Park is also equipped with a video surveillance system with recording of images.

Article 20

(User Responsibility)

1. In the event that it is verified in PARK, accident or occurrence caused by the presumed fault or negligence of any user, on the Company's facilities or personnel or on third parties, the same user will be responsible, until proven otherwise, for the payment of all damages and losses incurred, as well as for any compensation that may be due.

2. The person responsible for the damages or losses referred to in the previous paragraph is obliged to immediately report them to the personnel of service.

3. If the communication foreseen in the preceding number has not been made or if the person responsible refuses to comply with what is established in paragraph 1 of this article, the presence of the agents of the authority will be requested, and they will be held judicially responsible for the damages caused.

Article 21º

(Extension of the Public Road)

For all purposes, namely civil and criminal liability, the PARK is considered, under the terms of the contract establishing the surface right by CML, an extension of the road public.

Article 22

(Opening Hours)

1. O PARK has operating hours and public access 24 hours a day, and may only close due to force majeure.

2. Force majeure events include, in particular, the occurrence of natural disasters, anomalous situations that pose a danger to users or their vehicles, as well as the need to carry out repairs inside the PARK, which must, for this purpose, be totally or partially free and vacant.

3. The closure of the PARK when foreseeable, must be communicated to the respective users, by means of panels affixed inside and at the accesses of the PARK, with a minimum notice of 48 hours.

4. When unforeseen, the closure of the PARK must be communicated to users, also via panels, as soon as possible.

Article 23

(Tariff Regime)

The use of PARKING of automobile parking, covered by this Regulation, will be carried out by issuing an access ticket and paying a corresponding fee, including VAT, according to the tariffs shown.

Article 24

(Loss or Misplacement of the Ticket Access)

1. In case of loss or misplacement, by users, of the access ticket to the interior of the PARK, the Company is entitled to charge them the value of parking corresponding to a minimum of 24 hours.

2. If the user's vehicle has remained inside the PARK for more than 24 hours, the Company may charge 24-hour fees for each day the vehicle remains there, including the day the user intends to remove the vehicle, regardless of the time they do so.

3. For the purpose of determining the number of days the vehicle remains parked inside the PARK, the Company will produce daily reports, which will Identify the vehicles that remain in the PARK overnight.

4. Entry to the PARK by ticket will always be paid according to the current tariff. This paragraph applies to users.

Article 25

(Administration of PARK)

1. The operation, management and administration of the PARK is the responsibility of COLOSSAL AUDIENCE, which is obliged to ensure its hygiene, cleanliness, conservation and maintenance, as well as to preserve the operability of equipment.

2. A COLOSSAL AUDIENCE oversees the application of this Regulation, taking the measures provided for therein with a view to its effective compliance.

Article 26th

(Hygiene and Cleaning)

In order to guarantee the hygiene and cleanliness of the PARK, specialized personnel will proceed with its cleaning. Periodic.

Article 27

(Amendments to the Regulation)

1. The COLOSSAL AUDIENCE may amend this Regulation in order to adapt it to new realities and needs evidenced after the start and during the period of operation of the PARK.

2. The amendments will be duly communicated to Users at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance through notices to be posted in visible locations, namely at the entrances to PARK.

Article 28

(Validity)

This Regulation enters into force immediately in force.
